GGI Group Ltd is a holding company with three (3) subsidiaries.
Incorporated January 12, 1999, the holding company simply coordinates the management of the three subsidiaries. It does not do business as an entity.

GGI INT’L, the oldest of the subsidiaries was incorporated September 10, 1991 and issued certificate Nos. RC 173880 as a Private limited liability company. Of all the subsidiaries, GGI INTL’ is the most active in the Oil & Gas Sector of the Nigerian economy.

It has always been the dream of the founding members of GGI to nurture the company into a company providing specialty services.

First, as a general supply company, the company evolved into a strictly chemical imports & supply company.

Not satisfied with just supplying chemicals only, GGI further diversified into a supply & services company, providing such services as sandblasting, coating, laying of flowlines/pipelines & provision of cathodic protection (CP) including design, installation & commissioning. This resulted in the setting up of a corrosion service & maintenance department headed by a NACE certified engineer.

They have professionally & efficiently executed many contracts in various field locations covering pipeline coating, tank rehabilitation & platform maintenance & upgrades.

On 3rd December 2010, the dream of the founding members materialized as GGI became a Partner (authorized distributors) to GE WATER & PROCESS TECHNOLOGIES. This is the Oilfield division of GENERAL ELECTRIC of USA.

Therefore the long dream of becoming a specialist company in the Oil & Gas Sector of the Nigerian economy became real, and the board & management of the company are quite excited about this development.
